I was able to implement simple things myself in Unity, but for everything else, I would explain what I needed to the programming team. My responsibilities included creating sound effect assets, cleaning up VO clips from the original TV show, designing interactive music systems that best heightened the tension of each bonus, composing original music, collaborating with fellow composer Jesse Deyo on reinterpretations of some of Buffy's most well-known pieces, and metering the game for use in the field. Other responsibilities included finding audio bugs and working closely with the programming team to get them fixed. Occasionally I'll collaborate with someone else in the audio department, or I'll be in charge of a port full of someone else's music and sounds, but I'm usually in charge of designing the sound package of each individual game assigned to me. Regardless, I work closely with dev team to create soundscapes that everyone is happy with.
